Anicomics 2011

Hey there o/

On the 8th of May we went to Anicomics. This event was in Lisbon, in a Library! Yeah the place was kind of small... but still, it was beautiful =)

We arrived there in the morning and did some window shopping. I didn't really like any of the merchandise there.. so i didn't buy anything. Where are you all.. LOZ merchandise? ;____;
And then we decided to go watch a movie that was going on. It was 20th Centuary Boys: Beginning of the End. It was a silly movie xD But still, entertaining.

After that, we went to the car to pick up our lunch! It was a sunny day, so we were able to have lunch in the small garden around the library.

Then, we decided to go get dressed. I liked the dressing-rooms. Although it was a small place, everyone seemed to have their own space! It was good =)

I must also refer that all the volunteers were restless. Always around us, asking if we needed help, giving us water, always asking if we needed anything at all!!  Thank you so much, every single one of you =)
Also, we must thank all the volunteers near the stage! We were very annoying with the bench and radio.. i know ;_____; Sorry for all the trouble, and thank you so much for making everything go perfectly!
And, in the end, the lights on stage flashed during the music!! Thanks for that too =)

After that, we had to wait in a room below the stage. It had plenty of space for everyone to walk around and chat.

We met Valentino and Patricia there! They were so nice ^_^ We had a wonderful time in the backstage.
They had a wonderful performance, by the way!! They seemed so in love while dancing ;_____; Oh i loved it!

Soon, it was time for our performance!!
This time, we decided to enter the Cosplay Competition doing a group performance.

After everyone's performance, we had to wait backstage for the judges' decision... so... when we were done with it, we undressed and went home! ahahaha xD

I have seen all the performances on Youtube by now. My favourites are the Vampire Knight Group ( Patrícia Soares e Valentino Notari) and the Rozen Maiden group (Andreia Pires e Flávia Pereira).
Also, i loved the Pandora cosplay (Inês Silva)... yeah, gotta love Saint Seiya ^_^

It was a good experience overall =) Also, we made new friends! So it was definitely a good experience ^_^
